It's pork bones. Bomb champon is praised by Masaharu Fukuyama.
Visited during lunch service in January 2020. Ordered fried rice, champon and a vegetable ramen. Friendly staff, reasonable price. But was disappointed by the champon. Soup is too salty, and noodles too soft. The fried rice in the other hand was delicious. Wouldn't recommend the champon .
The staff there are very kind
I came from Kurume with my family, but Kurume is pork bone! ! However, I asked him to put a starburst in a special champon! Delicious! It definitely has a taste! It suits Kurume people! The children had plate udon and fried rice! I tasted it, but honestly, I feel that it was delicious (*^^*)
I really like the environment inside, very local, authentic feel. The bakugan champon is the most famous dish and it is delicious, but a little pricier than nearby shops at ¥900/bowl. Still a good deal for a tasty meal, and it has a very convenient central location
Delicious!!
Oishii! The seafood sauce is perfect with noodles chanpon
BEST CHAMPON IN NAGASAKI! Their bakudan champon is the bomb!
Good taste, but bad impression with (lady) waitress.
I went with my wife on a trip to Nagasaki.Signs of celebrities such as Masaharu Fukuyama and Ken Sato are lined up.Hama-chan came even though it was rugged. Is it so good? That is my personal impression. The inside of the store is not hygienic.
Maruyoshi, the ramen shop next to this one, is much better! 😐
I visited after visiting the island Nagasaki. Since there are infants, I went to the innermost table seat as the staff advised (the staff were kind to me). I was told that ramen was delicious, but I ordered champon. The best soup based on pork bone. Isn't it popular with women? It's definitely delicious among the Champon I've ever eaten. There were more than 100 entertainers in the store, and many celebrities also visited. It is one of the stores I would like to visit again.
very popular champon noodle restaurant in Nagasaki. it is really delicious!
I was staying near by, and popped into a fairly busy restaurant. It turns out it is a bit famous with celebrity photos and autographs adorning the walls. I had a pork cutlet ramen with gyoza's on the side. Both were delicious. I would definitely come back again. The broth was spicy and flavourful and not fatty or greasy.
Definitely recommend the food here.
Go there if you want to eat Bakudan Champon. Special Nagasaki Ramen.
The chahan is very good, a nice rich dark fried rice. Good sevice too!
There is a line but it won't last that long, maybe 10-20 minutes. There is some okay oden. It's famous for it's champon and saraudon but they're underwhelming. Many celebrities come to eat but I don't understand why. Service was good, that's about it. Not worth it.
Best soup in Nagasaki. Very friendly staff. As always in Japan clean. Very good prices.
I feel my expectation was too high.
Not recommend
Great food
Rich flavorful broth and soft perfect noodles. Absolutely delicious- If you don't speak Japanese FYI there is no English menu, but just ask for "Chashu Ramen" and you won't be disappointed.
